A minimum deposit of the first night stay is required at the time of your confirmed reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
Deposit payable on confirmation of your reservation can be made over the phone by credit card by the card holder, direct debit, cheque or money order.
Bookings cancelled at the commencement of, or during occupancy do not qualify for any refund.
Any cancellations for forward bookings are to be in writing, via email or post, before refunds will be considered.
Deposits are non-refundable with less than 14 days notice. However, peak season bookings are non-refundable with less than 21 days notice to cancel.
A deduction of $20/cancellation for administration fees will apply.
